Luke also said he witnessed the practice and he agreed they were locked in and had a great practice before being let out early. Sometimes you want a team as fresh as possible if you think they are locked in. Observers thought they were. Practices don't always translate, but extending the practice when it appears they are locked in doesn't do anyone any good. Many times teams look great in practice and play awful, other times teams look terrible in practice and play great. Shortening the practice when the team appears to be locked in didn't have any affect on how the team played today.@siu-alum-05 In the pregame interview with Luke he said the team was ready he was happy in how they were prepared and there was no use in going over anything has they had it down and let them out of practice early this was the last practice at home before the trip to ISU blue all i can say is oops 😬
@siu-alum-05 they don’t watch film together. The players are suppose to watch it on their own. Sounds like a potential coaching problem to me.

I have a hard time believing this.
I was at the game. The best part was when the game was over and we went out to eat with friends. No defense, not rebounding and missed free throws were from lack of effort and focus. I don't know what the answer is and I'm not sure the coaches do either.
