I am pretty convinced SIU wins this game. The historically not playing well there thing I get but this is a completely different team. I am not sold on Northern Iowa anyway. Either way, this is the 4 seed battle right here if you ask me.
Northern Iowa has been playing really well lately and has a roster full of shooters. Heise is a pain in the ass. Southern usually is awful there.
Hard to find many reasons to expect good things, unless the basketball gods owe us one after this week.
It’s taken me 3 days to even look at this site or anything SIU related since that last crap show. Decisions on the program shouldn’t be made when the fan base is at an all time high or low. That’s how bad decisions are made.
We won’t ever get the Bradley game back, but we can control the future. We need this to help give the people some confidence going forward. Go get the win!

One positive thing you can say about Mullins is his teams don't lay down and die. I don't expect them to get run out of the building, maybe it ends up that way because Northern Iowa is good but I don't think there's gonna be a lack of fight in this team.
