Northern Iowa's results this year:

Gonna be a tough one obviously, Northern Iowa is expecting a big crowd.  Although maybe they should try to make it snow and have the arena empty, seems like that's bothered the Salukis more than big crowds.

Looking more and more like this game is for first place.   I am under no illusion we are going to win. Buuuuuuuutttt.  There is a chance and 2 months ago nobody thought this was possible

I would be pleasantly surprised if we were able to win in Frost Bite Falls. Just hope we are in a position to win in the final couple of minutes. Go Dawgs.

Wow.  A win tomorrow would put us in a three way tie for first.  No matter what happens to be in this position at this point in the season is just a special situation.  Great statement for the coaches and efforts of this team.  Give it your best effort Salukis!  We will be proud of you no matter what.

I believe sweeping two wins would would give SIU the tie breaker advantage vs. UNI.

It does but if Loyola would stay tied we lose the three way tiebreaker

So, all held equal, would the order be
Loyola, SIU, UNI?

hmm Loyola and UNI spit as well. Does anyone understand where they stand tie-breaker wise?

Now that I think about it.  I think in a three way it is best record between the 3 teams. We would be 3-1 and The Harry Potters would be 2-2.  I was thinking net came first but now I am not sure

1. If three or more teams are tied, regular-season competition among the tied schools shall be pooled into a “mini round-robin.”  Teams shall be ranked according to their position in such a round-robin.

2. If head-to-head competition does not break the tie, the deadlock will be broken using the NCAA Evaluation Tool (N.E.T.), as published by the NCAA on the morning after the final regular-season MVC games (March 3, 2019).  Team will be seeded based on their N.E.T. rating.

I just saw 10.5. O/U at 127.5. That seems a bit excessive. Wonder if Vegas is trying to stimulate some action on this game.

Yeah I'm seeing 10.5 now.  I think 10.5-11.5 is fine, I don't have a good feeling about this one at all.  UNI is coming off 2 losses in a row and basically need to win out to have any shot at an at-large and we haven't played well on the road.  Hope I'm wrong though, this team has proven me and others wrong all year.

Big game for the dawgs. I don’t expect a win, but I’m hopeful they keep it close...especially being on National TV. Have to keep Green and Berhow in check from deep. If they get going it could be a long game. Let’s go!
