Oklahoma State has 7 more shot attempts so far because of offensive rebounding and turnovers.  Game won't stay close for very long if that extends.

The way this team fights over screens, runs back to the ball, and runs out on shooters .. it’s leaps and bounds better than the previous years. Probably due to the athleticism on the wings that’s been missing.

Aligbe seems like such an underrated steal in recruiting.  Did not expect this at all

Athletically, we belong on the floor with high majors. When’s the last time we could say that?

Is this the same Mayo that I've seen play the last couple of seasons or did they switch him out for someone else?

I'm happy that we've kept it close so far, but Osumane is head and shoulders better than our bigs.  Between him, the turnovers and our lacking a true 3pt shooter (who can consistently hit), it will be tough to hang with really good teams for a full 40 minutes.

These games are going to be huge once Missouri Valley play starts.  They may very well lose by 10+ still but I'm enjoying what I'm seeing

Make no mistake, Mayo is VERY important to this team. But he’s an undersized guard with forward skills. His defense will be needed throughout this year. But his lack of consistent offensive ability is going to limit his minutes.

Going into the season, I thought he was a CRITICAL piece and not necessarily expecting a lot of offense, but so far all I've seen is turnovers, missed defensive assignments, etc.  I hope he gets better because he needs to IMO.
