It's a bit of a mystery to me why Dembele didn't play. I thought he looked okay his first game back. If nothing else, he could've gained some valuable experience playing against SLU's horses.
Overall, definitely lots to like. It was a bit of a coming out party for Jones; kid is gonna be good. Absolutely love the young talent on this team. These losses were not unexpected, especially early on. The fight and grit this team regularly displays bodes so well for the future. This team will be a tough out come conference play and the other nine teams will loathe seeing some of these kids faces a couple years down the road.
