Yep, I think Filewich will get better with that over time. I don't think D'Avanzo played at all after his first few minutes, they went Filewich rest of the way. J.D. Muila was a big loss.

Athleticism in the frontcourt is probably the biggest concern on this roster. Was hoping Dembele would earn some minutes.

Filewich looks better than expected. I didn’t expect much from a developmental big, but he looks real promising long term.
Disagree completely! Wo Jones we'd still be down by 9. He didn't make a single ill-advised drive ..did take an ill-advised 3. If I was coaching, I'd be telling him to be more aggressive to the basket. Don't be surprised if he ends up being the leading scorer. Once again, I seriously question why Brown is getting so many minutes. He should not be getting any minutes that could be had by jones, banks, or harvey. Offensive liability.

JD a huge loss as Filewich would have been able to learn in spots vs being forced to.
There’s a huge difference in production quality for this game compared to an MVC game.

Very sloppy start for SIU. Domask looks like late-season Domask so far.
Main story of the first half IMO. Good news is that he did show signs and hopefully breaks out here in the 2nd half !!! I was impressed by the D from Brown, Jones as well as Jones' quickness.
I still can't get the game, the little round ball just goes around and around trying to download, never had this problem, but I have had problems with ESPN+ in the past...what a disappointment

most of SEMO's points have come from within 1 foot of the basket. oh, and not sure if the announcer mentioned it, but harvey is a SEMO killer.
