That was 4 1/4 sec call I think. SEMO has made two oota threes in a row!
Got lucky to win this game. Jones absolutely disappeared in the 2nd half. Continues to be inconsistent this season. Hoping that changes now that the meat of the conference season is here.
Sad win!
I was morbidly wishing for SEMO to pull that out of thier ass. Just to witness the mega meltdown that would have occurred here.
A W is a W. Lets move on.

Newton missed two, but those two are in at times like this because they are two of our best ft shootersNewton missing critical FT's, then Banks with a careless TO. Why are the bench guys in ???
I'm almost positive neither one is in the top 5 on the team.
Im pretty sure if you look at their percentages from the line the past couple seasons, they definitely would be. Domask and Johnson are the only two for sure ahead of them, Brown is probably similar to them. Those 5 though are likely the top 5.
We're not very good - gonna lose a lot of games in the crappy MVC.
Thank goodness Domask had a great 2nd half.
Glad we don't play SIUE this year. They're down 2 to SLU with 1 min to go
I really don’t want to pick on guys. It just seems clear that there’s certain guys who need a bit more work. It would’ve been a decent win, but the late lapses were inexcusable. Who knows. It doesn’t feel good. Hopefully Ebbube’s arrival changes the team’s dynamic.

I really don’t think we’ll play that bad in conference play. SEMO hitting 2 crazy and unfortunate 3’s at the end does not determine how we’ll play in conference. It’s not even January. We whooped up on Evansville and played close to ISU given the poor first half performance. Give it time.
I would bet $100 that D'Amico got that ball in under 5 seconds.

Im pretty sure if you look at their career percentages from the line, they definetly would be. Domask and Johnson are the only two for sure ahead of them, Brown is probably similar to them. Those 5 though are likely the top 5.
From a career standpoint, perhaps. I only know bc the announcers named the top 5 this year, and neither were on it. Regardless, we won, despite it being ugly. Need a bunch more of those lucky/ugly wins in conference bc this team is simply not that good. Maybe next year? I head it takes 5,6,7 + years for a new coach (at least some) to put together a program. 🙄

Gutsy win against a regional rival. However, need to work on press breakers, and those free shots from the line. SEMO had some luck at the end, and some refs helping some too.
Ugly W but we move to 9-4 as we head to break, with a big MVC game at Murray on the 29th. For those folks who keep predicting losses for the Salukis, keep it up because you haven't been correct all season! LOL
GO DAWGS!
Yeah, i heard them say the top 5, but they include guys like D'Amico who has only shot 6 all year, yeah he made 5 of them, but that is a pretty small sample sizeNewton missed two, but those two are in at times like this because they are two of our best ft shootersNewton missing critical FT's, then Banks with a careless TO.
