I would love to see a 3rd big scoring threat begin to emerge soon. We know about Lance and Marcus and all they can do, beyond that I don't know who I would put next.
Likewise. If an Ebube or Rupert turn into that 3rd scoring threat then to me that gives us the best possible outcome this season; my guess is it will be Newton with a dark horse in Wonders. Banks and D'Amico could be up there too
Ebube, similar to Muila, get a majority of their scoring on putbacks, dunks, etc. I would be surprised if you see many offensive sets built around Ebube. I need to see more of Rupoert as well. I think you'll see the scoring help to come from different sources in different games. Newton and Banks are the 2 most likely to me. D'Amico is also another option. Hopefully, once (IF) Wonders gets more acclimated on the defensive end, he will provide games where he hits a flurry of 3's as well. In the end, as long as we get a W, I honestly don't care who scores the buckets.
Yeah they've got some size and some quickness. Could be a tough match-up, especially if they're making shots. Rupert will be key, especially defensively. This game will tell us a lot.
--Insert something witty here--
I agree that this game is a big one. Prior to the season, maybe we weren't necessarily circling this game, but after a big win on the road, this is the kind of game that, if we can win convincingly, perhaps the team really will start to believe that this might just be a special season.
Lot of bricks to start this one.
Really struggling right now
Good news is that our shooting percentage can only go up from here.
With XJ and the nature of our offense, we really need to start hititng those open 3's. 29% against OKSt and have yet to hit one so far here. But that typically means a regression to the mean is coming. Here's hoping.

Sure hope so…refs letting a lot of contact go so far.
Getting some fouls on Southern Indiana
It's one thing to miss your 3's but these are WIDE open. And, if you can't play D, you had better hit your open shots.
Maybe I spoke too soon about our shooting percentage. We can't hit anything - even on wide open looks.
that was goal tending
just tuned in - where's Jones?
We should be up 10 points right now if we even hit a mediocre percentage of our open looks.
Too many TO's, too many missed shots.... I don't think we could play much worse yet were only down 3. Let's go Dawgs !!!
