This is almost unbearable to watch.  Outside of Domask and Jones + Benson at times, I don’t see much promise.  It’s going to be a long year.

Let's remember that AC is out for a bit with the broken hand.

If you're gonna reply to me in the forums, please quote what I wrote that you're replying to so I have a clue...thanks! 😀

I enjoyed watching it. Came out smoking with leading scorer out with an injury. Freshman stepping up, I’m seeing improvement every game.

And, without our leading scorer, WE BEAT THE SPREAD!!! 😆

Yeah, I wasn’t including Cook.  Implying Mullins has his work cut out for him in the future.

Unbearable?  Did we watch the same game?  It was no masterpiece, but far from unwatchable.  We are without Cook and have four new players starting.  16 assists on 23 baskets.  59% shooting from 3.  89% at the line. 55% from the field.  Defense holds them to 35% from the field.

Anyway...I love that we played 12 guys.  You never know when you might need these guys and it helps keep kids content and working hard.

First half was pretty fun to watch, second half not so much.  Good defensive effort though and encouraging that Domask had another good game.

I watched the game and it wasn't pretty by any stretch, but I did see Francois continue to build his confidence hitting some 3's.  And while Brown didn't light it up, he hit a 3 and definitely looked more comfortable out there.  Jones needs to play more under control, but his speed is a difference maker.  Once again, this team matched their turnovers with assists.    So, while I agree it was a bit ugly at times, it provided the young players with minutes (experience) and confidence.  I'll take more of these please !!

I missed the 1st half.  In the second half, I watched a dribble exhibition and panic shots as time expired on the shot clock.  But, hey I wasn’t expecting miracles this season, as long as they improve throughout the year, I’m fine.  Well not really, but that’s a personal problem.  Haha

We had two teams in the past that went to the Sweet 16 playing ugly ball. Whatever it takes!

I feel pretty good about what I saw.  It was akin to taking the baby and chunking him into the deep water.  Somehow, he made it to the side.

Any win this team gets without Cook is not to be taken for granted.
