Troy with a Technical??? So odd. His missed wide open layup turned the momentum yesterday. Not sure why he's taunting now.
SIU up 5-2 early. Only Aggies points were on a technical foul by D'Amico
I'm worried that XJ is going to try to do TOO much. He has played incredible but we cannot win with just him alone.
I call that "breakout syndrome". I am sure everyone has a word for it.
But there is nothing worse for a player, especially one who has never been the guy or shown much offensive aptitude, than to have the game of their life early in the season.
As we have seen, it can lead to guys just throwing up all the slop they can.
D'Amico with all 8 points so far, maybe he'll go for 38?
I am enjoying the defense and rebounding early in this one
We need more of that driving from AJ and less shooting 3's. I'm sure he's better than his 12% 3pt shooting this season, but I certainly would rather see him slash and drive than shoot the 3.
Mullins going super small here with no Rupert/Ebube and Miller/Xavier Johnson on the court at the same time.
Worse than the loss last night might be Coach's RE-found love with the smaller lineup. And immediately after Ebube goes out, SIU gives up an offensive rebound.
God, Miller can't do anything right this season
he just needs to R E L A XGod, Miller can't do anything right this season
Kennard is gaining more and more confidence every game. I really think he's gonna be an all-league player at his peak.
Statcast gave those last two 3's both to Davis, announcers said the first one was XJ, i couldn't tell.Kennard is gaining more and more confidence every game. I really think he's gonna be an all-league player at his peak.
The streak is over for X and who says Rupert can't shoot
X FINALLY missed a free throw, which turns into a Rupert 3. That combination truly feels like 1 in a million. 😂😂😂
and great, Rupert finally made a 3 that wasn't banked in off the backboard, now i suppose he'll shot 3 or 4 more tonight lol
