Couldn't watch it live and just watched the first half of my recording. Holy Freaking Bleep. And it apparently gets worse in the second half?? WTF.
Unless the Salukis are playing the Golden State Warriors, there is no excuse to be down 36 points to anyone ever.
For all you doubters, Coach Huckleberry DID clap in the four directions after the game, thanking the 20
fans who saw this fine display. I heard it through the radio.
We're gonna be OK!! 🤡
Hard to believe SIU could go 0-2 at this Vegas Tournament and NOT have one of the losses be to a real good Nevada team. Tulsa is apparently a pretty decent team this year.
When is the SIU-Edwardsville game? We should be able to drill them. Go Dawgs!!!!
No one, and I mean no one, including BH himself, should be surprised at this outcome. It was destined the minute he was spared last spring.
Anyone who thought otherwise is living with Alice, in Wonderland.
March on triumphantly!

Not sure what this means. SIU has decent talent this year. They should not be getting drilled by the team picked to finish 8th in A-10.
That being said, players don't generally like playing for Hinson. Of course, they can't say much about it while they are actually on his roster.
He's a clown show, and the players know it.
I hope to fuck Chris Payton wasn't watching this shitshow today. Absolutely, TERRIBLE.
Proud Saluki, living and working in Kansas State territory. 🤔
Barry teams have a propensity for inexplicably getting the doors blown off. Missouri State fans warned us of it. Just check the futility record books for worst losses in SIU history. You'll see Barry's name dotted throughout that list. Ho-hum; just more of the same.
--Insert something witty here--
Did we win?

Don’t be so sure. The E played Valpo tough last night
SIU has to play at the Vadalabene Center. At this stage, that’s not an automatic win.

With the exception of Loyola, we have the most talent in the Valley and finished second last year, so if anything short of the Dance is accepted, I’m not sure what I can say at this point. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hinson is still the “coach”
2 #3's and #6 all belong to Barry
Well, so much for anticipated trips to Carbondale this season. The horrible rot on the coaches bench continues. I do feel sorry for the players. The University and it's leadership....not so much. The deep pockets of "supporters" that are happy with losing...not so much.
So through five games in Hinson’s big payoff year with a senior-loaded lineup, we’ve managed to beat opponents from the SWAC and MEAC, and lose to everyone else, including a nationally televised debacle against rebuilding UMASS.
We can fire as many volleyball coaches and football assistants as we want, but this Athletic Department is doomed as long as men’s basketball remains such a shadow of what the program once was.
