He is really fun to watch. If Scottie gets in a little better shape he will be a force in the Valley.
The dunks are a lot of fun, to say the least, but I'm equally excited about his upside on defense as he continues to sharpen his footwork and gets better about using his size and strength to alter shots without fouling.
Can we get a GoFundMe going to get this guy a bike from Phoenix Cycles? Pedaling over those bridges a couple times a day would solve the cardio issue real fast.
Saluki Insider? I barely know her!
very exciting indeed. He seems to move well even if he gets gassed a bit. I'm fine with him only being able to play every other 4 minute stretch for now if Rupert, Muila, D'Amico & Hornecker can split the rest of the time. It would be great to see more frequently situations where Domask is playing the 3 instead of 4 spot. Get 2 bigs in whether D'Amico and Muila/Rupert and use both Scottie and Cade mixed in with these guys. Less Trent Brown too - though no reason we can't find a way to spot Lance or X with minutes to Trent, Newton, Banks or Wonders. Give Domask a bit more rest too - just always keep 2 excellent guards in with the bigs whenever Marcus is out. I'm no coach, but seems like they can make this happen and it would likely work.

I'm not sayin' -- I'm just sayin'!
I understand the desire to see Ebube get in better shape, but I'm sure it's very much on his and the coaches' radar. He will get in better condition but it won't happen overnight. In the meantime, cut the kid a little slack and enjoy the rim-rocking dunks.

PLEASE, NO!!!! D'Amico is at best a 4, not a 5. I liken him to a smaller-bodied Matt Shaw. He shouldn't EVER play the 5. I do like the three-headed monster of Rupert, Muila and Ebube, with Ebube getting a 3-4 minute stretch in the middle of each half. Muila has shown me a lot in the last few weeks. Lots of basketball IQ.
Wonders is a freshman with a broken shot. He probably shouldn't see the floor until he can fix it in practice. I like Trent Brown in small pieces. He can come in, bomb a 3 and play good defense. But he never really should have been a starter.
Ebube is as close to Shaq as we're ever gonna get. Can't wait to see what this kid can do as his role continues to blossom.
--Insert something witty here--
Ebube is still very RAW and rough around the edges. All the means to me is that if he can do what he's doing now, just imagine the "damage" he can do, if he is able to take that next step up (which includes not only game shape, but defensive recognition, offensive sets, etc.). There is so much to learn on both sides of the ball, but what he possesses is a ceiling unlike any other that I've seen since I started watching SIU back in 87'. If he gets anywhere near his ceiling, the rest of the MVC is going to be in trouble for the next few years.
