D1 coaching is not for the faint-of-heart. It reminds me of a quote from a WWII commander of an infantry division that fought the Japanese in the South Pacific. He was addressing his men as they were embarking across the Pacific (my dad was one of them). “Men, either we kill, or we get killed”. Generally in life where there is great potential reward, there is also great risk. One is aware of that going in though, so if you are willing to assume that risk you had better not be a college coach. It is the free enterprise system on steroids. Love it or leave it.

Can we as Saluki fans please move on the huckster is gone we an exciting new coach in Mr.Mullins it does no good to rehash the past what is done is done let us take advantage on the new direction and excitement BMull has brought and focus on the future thank you for reading
No one is forcing you to read it. I don't have a problem with a comment about BBQ or this thread. People talk about what people talk about. It'll die out eventually. (Although I've seen lots of mentions of Lowry, Joe Gottfried (great coach by the way 😀 ), Allen "Rip" Van Winkle, etc.)
If I'm not interested, rather than try to enforce censorship or control, I don't read it. I rarely read anything by Morris, for example (but sometimes I can't help myself - it's like picking at a scab - you know you shouldn't but you do it anyway!) 😀
If every thread on here was bluebirds, it would be pretty boring (and someone would have to get out the BB gun!)
BBQ will be folklore for a long time to come.
F*ck Barry Hinson.
