Those guys all played good tonight - especially Gooch on D. They appeared to play with more urgency than the starters!
Congrats to the Trees. They hit every shot with less than 5 seconds on the shot clock. Broke our backs. We didn't really play that bad, ISU just was the better team last night. Hope we play them in the Lou. I think we can beat these guys.
On a side note, I just read the online edition of The Illusion, story on the game says Salukis never led in the game. Fake news!

Tough loss last night. ISU outplayed us on both ends and their senior guards hit some daggers at the end of the game (felt similar to the Bradley game when Barnes hit that jumper).
I don’t like the idea of going to STL on a 3 game losing streak (losing 5 of the last 6) so I’m hopeful they can pull out a W in Springfield and have some confidence heading in to STL. Need to get back on track defensively and get some confidence back on the offensive end. Haven’t shot well from deep the last handful of games. Hopefully Domask can get it going again.

I don't think it really matters though. New season starts Sunday. I hope Indiana State beats Valpo, and they should its at home and doesn't appear Freeman-Liberty will play, because I think we are going to beat them in STL.
I will tell you this, I would much rather see Indiana State than Bradley in the 6/3 and those are our 2 options.

Nope. and the first match up hardly counts without McGill. I want them Friday in STL... So go Indiana State Saturday and go Bradley.
The Dawgs were gassed (hit a wall) . . . The Trees played lights out . . . We will win match number three in the STL (if is happens).
As someone else mentioned . . . the STL resets everything. Not playing on Thursday is huge. The trees or the gargoyles will not beat us three times in one year.
