At the end of the day, they're going to have to create a division for those schools that want to pay kids and those that can't afford to pay kids.

Well this kind of explains why my season tickets have cool vintage photos of past players on them!!   Obviously tickets are a thing of value!  Ha!  🤔 

I haven't read the legislation, but I am sure the school where the athlete is attending classes on scholarship would retain the right to use the likeness of any of those student athletes in its promotions.  The problem is going to be in the disparity of a very few athletes receiving compensation and the others go without.  Next thing someone will cry that its not fair, all student athletes should receive some participation compensation for putting in the work and being on the court/field!
