MSU Reaches a $500M Settlement

This is such a horrific story to begin with.  No amount of money makes this right.  But I do also find it amazing that SIU can barely pay the light bill and MSU can pony up $500M.  It certainly puts it in perspective the difference between the big boys and the rest of us.
