Oh my Virginia throws it away and Furman hits a 3 to take the lead. 2.4 left.
One of the worst end of game decisions I've ever seen. It doesn't rival the time out called by Chris Webber, but man was that bad. It didn't help that McNeely missed the front end of a one n one, which would have likely put the game away. If I didn't have Virginia in my $$ College pool (2nd round pick), I would have loved the upset.
After watching the selection show it is evident that the valley will be a one bid league for the foreseeable future unless the conference gets deeper and finds away to schedule quad 1 games and those teams aren't going to schedule the valley because they can't afford a loss to a team in the valley and it will be a short time until the power 5 cuts everyone out so they can get all the money
Step one is to stop scheduling non-D1 schools. And take buy games.

Yep. They’d prefer to beat Mississippi Valley State by 60. It helps their NET more.

Well then good mid majors need to schedule eachother, then.
Any D1 team that plays a non-D1 school should be ineligible for postseason play regardless.
Glad to see Iowa losing. What a whiny group of players. Fits their coach perfectly
Iowa will never win until they play some form of defense. They're fun to watch but give up 80 every game.
Northern Kentucky plays with a ton of confidence and a ton of energy. They can make erratic decisions but man they are getting to Houston with these traps all over the floor.
