E player punches opponent! Applies for Anger Management 101!

https://www.stltoday.com/sports/college/siue-ut-martin-basketball-game-has-punches-thrown-3-ejections-in-ovc-tournament/article_96e5ecda-e894-5b74-b51b-c0cbc2568217.html

Not sure why the UTM player with the bloody nose got ejected. If the E idiot hadn't punched him, refs would not even have called a foul, but they should have warned those two beforehand - getting physical.

twitter:

DeeJuan Pruitt from SIU-Edwardsville just clocked Tennessee-Martin’s Rifen Miguel with a right hook in an Ohio Valley quarterfinal matchup, resulting in three ejections.

Somehow, UT-Martin is the team that gets two players ejected while only Pruitt is ejected for SIUE. pic.twitter.com/vYJShEEggd

No he didn't. Did you watch the game? They had been very physical before that. Refs should have warned them. Running down the floor when the defender refuses to get off you is not starting it.

No question there was bad blood between them. It started before that, but he WAS the offensive player, running down the floor with his arms up. Definitely refused to give an inch, but the SIU player should have been called for a foul or just got out of his way. Refs let it continue until SIUE player lost it and punched him.

No he didn't start it, but he was part of the problem. Like I say, it started before this particular sequence.
