NIL money will greatly assist in SIGNING players but is not necessarily related to offers in general. This staff has a long way to go to see any fruits of their labor, but the amount of activity is noticeably higher than in previous years, at least in my unbiased opinion.

I mean yes, but you don't waste your time going after a bunch of players that you can't sign b/c you lack NIL funds. Being able to get them committed is still another hurdle, but NIL funds are THE KEY to improving recruiting (both offers and signings).

While NIL most certainly has some effect when offers are made, I believe this staff is the deciding factor. Both Coach Nagy and Coach Hawkins have much head coaching experience. The experience, knowledge, and connections they have are the most important ingredients in recruitment. So very important in todays world of college recruitment. You can not buy experience, and this I feel really hurt the last coaching regime. The next five years are going to be exciting!
