Feel like we’ve been hitting the prep ranks pretty hard here lately…feels like we still have holes to fill where we could use some ready now players…especially on our lines.
I can certainly understand why the staff is obtaining more high school players. The cost factor comes to mind when via the transfer portal. I believe SIU did well this year in that regard, although many are young and inexperienced. Sure wish I had another Keontez Lewis!

Thank you kindly Mr. Guppy for sharing the recruiting news. Seems like Saluki football did well even with all of the coaching changes. Nice to see some 3 star recruits being added. I heard recently that some large donations were made to the program. Assuming that has assisted in NIL $$$.
