I'm surprised they didn't win more last year - they played us tough both games. Won't be surprised if they become upper division soon - lot of Chicago players would love to stay home and play in front of friends, family I imagine.

It is no longer the case. You can play immediately if it's your first time transferring or if you are a grad transfer
