Belmont eliminated by losing two to Va. Tech. Maya Johnson the loser both games. Today they were run-ruled by Va Tech.
In between, they squeaked by 29 - 25 Jackson State 2 - 1.

Lots of news on Saluki softball today. Lis, in the portal for like a month, signs with Texas Tech. Anna Carder also a defector heading to Mississippi State.
On the positive, we inked transfers Sydney Potter a catcher/1st baseman from Creighton. She hit .387 with 16 HR's this past season. Also Brooklyn Foster I believe a shortstop from Tyler JC in Texas, originally from San Antonio. Let's hope these 2 can fill the holes caused by the departed.
