According to the Sporting News, the women's hammer final is at 1PM CDT
on NBC, Peacock, or FUBO! Sure would love to see a medal for a great Saluki!

Unfortunately, Deana had a very bad day. Scratched on that first throw and then maybe played it a bit too safe with a couple of mediocre for her throws.
She was 2 meters better at the 2016 Olympics with a broken foot.
Still holds one of the best throws ever and the N. American record, not to mention 2 NCAA Championships. And still a great Saluki.
Have to wonder if she retires at age 31. Maybe she and hubby come back to SIU someday as Head coaches.
