Good thoughts to former Saluki basketball guard Karrie Redeker. The Springfield SJR reports that she is fighting breast cancer. Karrie is currently the head women's basketball coach at Illinois Central College. Karrie played on NCAA tournament teams in the late 80s and early 90s.

Karrie replaced Cindy Stien at Illinois Central when SIU hired Cindy.
