Williams was in the class of 2019 coming out of high school. Played one year at Virginia. Transferred to USC in 2020 for 2021. Did not play 2020-2021. On USC's roster 2021-22. So with transfer rules and the Covid exemption, I'm assuming she has two years left to play.
4* Williams was her state's two time USA Today Player of the Year. She also had offers from Kentucky, Arizona State, Georgia, DePaul, West Virginia, Minnesota.
Sounds like Holmes had a pretty good year as a freshman at Texas Christian. I wonder why she left.
Regardless, I echo that this staff seems to be bringing in some talent this offseason. Add women's basketball to the list of SIU sports I'm excited to follow this coming season.

You have to be impressed with everything that coach Bond-White has done SHE HAS BOUGHT IN TO SIU. Her staff is extremely impressive and the recruiting is equally impressive. I hope she has an awesome career here at SIU.

Concerning Ms. Taylor: After talking to a colleague of mine who's big into SEC basketball, its not uncommon for a player or two to not be listed on the roster if they weren't on campus over the summer for workouts. She's even seen where a player isn't listed until the first official day of practice. She still could be here, but just not listed yet. Hope she shows up, we're gonna be kinda small again without her. Quick look at The Lady Bears, Belmont, Drake, UNI and Murray all have size. We did it with only two regular players at 6' and over last year. Anything can happen!
I'm excited about this team, really want to see Coach and her game in action.

@rabidsaluki 10 players listed on roster plus 3 announced last couple days should complete team assuming 13 scholarships...will resist any Promise jokes. Coach out-recruited previous one with limited time. Bright future.
