How would you like to be Coach Tuke at SEMO? You make the playoffs but you have to go to Missoula to face the University of Montana. And if you scrape and claw and work hard and get a win, you get the priviledge of going to the FargoDome and play the Bison.
@obd I give them a punchers chance in both games and I would rather be them instead of the Salukis
I think South Dakota State is the clear favorite. Really good team. May have to go through the Bison to get to the finals, who they beat earlier in the year.
Looks like the Bison had 3 pretty good players jump in the portal yesterday.
Go SDSU. Really hope they don't have to play NDSU - tough to beat them twice in one season. I thought SDSU would have handily won the Nat'l Championship two seasons ago if their QB had not been injured on the first play.
YSU did not get in, as expected with a weak schedule, but Delaware got in after losing 3 of their last 4. Delaware also got in over Rhode Island, who had a better conference record but lost the head-to-head.
BS that SEMO has to play at Montana. I watched a bit of the Montana at Mont. St. game. MSU dismantled them from the 1st play. Wasn't as close as the 55 - 21 score indicates! LOL After that game, I'm a bit surprised Montana even got in.
MSU had 439 yards rushing - 531 total. They have a great rushing attack.
UND has to play at 9 - 2 Weber, whose only losses were to #2 Sacramento State and #3 Montana State in close games.
NDSU got the no. 3 seed over #3Montana St, even though they're ranked #4.
SEMO at Montana on ESPN2.
SEMO recovered a fumble and ran it in. 8:30 in the half: SEMO 10 Montana 3. Montana is not very good.
Connor Onion is all over the place - must have a good agent. Doing the SEMO game - I've heard him do a Big 10 basketball game and a MAC football game.

He was getting a lot of attention for his call in a MACtion game a few weeks ago:

Listened to an interesting podcast with him last week where he mentioned his journey through SIU:

SEMO was up 24-3 after a scoring drive on the first drive on the 2nd half. Montana has scored 31 unanswered since that and lead 34-24 with 6:42 left

That was weird. Looked like SEMO was going to smoke them, but Mont. woke up and just completely dominated the rest of the game.

SDSU kills Delaware. 42 - 7
Montana played NDSU tough for a while - now getting blown out. The Onion announcing the game!
Furman gave UIW a game - UIW by 3
Richmond upsetting Sac. St at half.
Montana St 33 Weber 25
Holy Cross whips New Hampshire
Kstate wins Big 12 championship 31 - 28 in OT over TCU.
Purdue upsets Michigan (wishful thinking)
NDSU blows out Samford 27 - 9. Bad injuries , starting RB on crutches, WR probably broke his leg - carted off, and their FB Lumke (sp) had shoulder surgery. Doubt they win it all this year.
Mont. St destroyed 11 - 1 W&M 55 - 7. Their soph. QB Tommy Mellot is a great runner.
UIW is upsetting #2 Sac St 45 - 34 in the 4th qtr. Sac St has a good passing game though. UIW offense clicking. UIW QB Lindsey Scott runs in a 64 yd TD. Two great offenses. The Onion is doing the game...racking up the frequent flyer miles.
Could be Montana State's year.
SDSU plays Holy Cross tomorrow at 11 AM.
Can't root for NDSU!
