Win or lose, Southern ALWAYS plays ugly at Macomb. I can't remember the last time Southern played well up there. But now comes a gauntlet of 4-straight ranked teams (So. Dakota St., No. Dakota, UNI and MoState). Gotta play a lot better to be competitive in these games. Dawgs will be a double-digit underdogs in Brookings this week.

Admittedly didn't read the thread, but SIU played some seriously uninspired football in that game. They could've slammed the door on that game early on, but instead plaid way below their ability.
