Well we whipped NDSU here two years ago, and I don't think they as good as they were last year. Not impossible to win out, but can't fall asleep on D like we did in the 1st half.

Also, those announcers can go pound grass. They discounted the chance of having both close calls overturned almost immediately. That goal-line catch may not have broke the plane, but it was a hell of a lot closer than those idiots made it out to be.

As has been mentioned, too much talent on this team not to make the playoffs.
I’m sure they’ll give the Bison a helluva effort coming off the bye week, but not a good situation to be in.
I waited a while to post. I’m still peed off on that third down call before the FG attempt. Hate it. It stinks. Everything stinks. The worst. Please be good saluki basketball

These last two weeks have been tough. Should have won both and found ways to lose. On that last drive (missed FG drive not Hail Mary), I’m pretty convinced if we needed a TD we would have won that game. Felt like the last few plays were about making sure there wasn’t much time left, rather than making sure we scored. We have to be able to convert a 40 yard field goal though. No excuses on that. We scored on every drive but the missed FG and Hail Mary in the second half. Hard to fault the offense for much today.
D played much better in the second half, but still couldn’t get that big stop we needed. They were close on that last TD drive, but the idiotic unsportsmanlike penalty kept the drive alive. If you want to look at a back breaking play it’s that one.
Really disappointed with how we’ve performed down the stretch. They fought so hard to rebound from that 0-2 start, so they have a punchers chance I guess, but if they don’t make the playoffs this year, that will be back to back late season collapses…last year we squeaked in, this year, we shall find out soon enough. Also, wouldn’t it suck for Avante to go out like that…one of the all time greats. For his sake, I hope they are able to get in this year.
Beat the Bison!!!! That IS SO possible! In the spring of 2021, we kicked their ass from the get go with many of the same players on the current roster. These Saluki players just have to decide they're gonna come out and kick ass like 2021!
