Overall first half analysis…defense good, offense mediocre to bad.

Good first half but after our score, we really couldn't move the ball very well. We had some dumb penalties that really hurt us.

I expect them to wear us down some second half cuz they got more scholarship players and they're pretty big.

Hope our O line can hold up and give Baker some protection. We haven't had a single long pass to the wide receivers.

SIU probably can't rely on missed kicks and interceptions in the 2nd half.  Gonna need to get the offense going if they want to win.

Especially if they have the ball on offense over 60% of the time.

Yeh 7 points won't do it I think. 0 for 4 on 3rd downs and only 121 yards offense.

Honestly, probably a good thing PJ Jules dropped the INT there

EDIT: Looks like it ended up netting us ~10 yards of field position for the punt vs the INT?

Was thinking the same thing, gained them about 10-15 yards after the punt

They're not putting up much resistance to us just marching down the field.  We just scored a TD on a 5 play drive with plays of 11, 18, 4, 14, and 10 yards
