I've seen scenarios where SIU gets UT Martin. That would be a win but they'd get North Dakota State in the 2nd round.

I would not assume that's a win. Even though UTM got whipped by SEMO today somehow, they are 9 - 2. (They beat SEMO earlier - played them twice)

I don't think anything is a sure win for SIU at this point but UT Martin's best win is probably against a 5-6 Jacksonville State team who saw their coach "mutually part ways" before the season ended. Either that or a 6-5 Murray State team or a 6-5 Austin Peay team. I'd feel pretty good about SIU beating them. But anything past that point is unrealistic unless they get another good draw somehow. Matching them up in North Dakota State's bracket makes sense given distance and them not playing each other this season.

No way the MVC gets 6 teams in. I'll believe it when I see it. UNI has some good wins but only 6, one of which is against St. Thomas - 1st year in D1.
I think we get in and USD gets in.

I believe Austin Peay was picked to win the league but somehow underachieved. They were very good in 2019 - won two playoff games - so that's a very good win for UTM. I'd rather play them than USD.

Oh yeah, if they get South Dakota and have to go to South Dakota and the DakotaDome, I don't see them winning that. The Coyotes are a sneaky good team. UT Martin would be a great first round draw compared to them.
My hope is that team that has really clicked on offense some games (SDSU, INSU, ISU 2nd half) and plays inspired D shows up in the playoffs, like we did last Spring. Just seems, other than the Sycs game, our O line has not given Baker much time, and he's not played well when pressured.
I do think it's possible that UNI with 6 wins gets in instead of us, based on more good wins and beating us head to head. UNI beat Sac. St there - they won the Big Sky with an 8 - 0 record, beat SDSU on the road, and beat us. How the h e l l they lost to the pathetic Redturds (who lost at home to the Sycs today) is a mystery.
If the Dawgs get in I believe some serious changes to the game plan should be looked at. After 11 games opponents know your strengths and weaknesses so things need to be stepped up to achieve success. I am not pretending to know the players abilities but it seems that Baker could be successful in roll outs because it seems he has difficulty in the pocket at times and has been stated many times also what happened to the WR screens that were a staple of the offense

Completely agree, especially if playing an MVC team. We don't fool anybody, and I haven't seen anything surprising play wise in a long, long time.
Run the ball and stop the run. Passing game gets us behind the sticks.
