Now Bryan can make use of that scholarship! An immediately eligible Grad-Transfer or JUCO Point Guard would be a nice addition for this coming season!!

I don’t know what, if anything, they’ll be able to realistically add to the mix at this late stage, but assuming Malik William has to sit this year, I think they’re thinnest at the 4 spot, and could really use an athletic 6-5 to 6-8 type guy who can defend long wings and ideally score a bit. Otherwise, you’re asking a lot from Domask (true freshman) and Gooch (hasn’t shown much so far).
I know Gooch hasn't played a lot but given some confidence and positive coaching we expect from this staff something he probably hasn't received in the past I believe he will step up to be serviceable. He has shown flashes on the past but was never given a serious look imo.
Don’t overlook Sekou.
Until proven otherwise, I’m assuming he will mostly rotate with Benson at the 5. There is no other backup there (again, assuming William has to sit).

Walk on
Add another for 2019, grad transfer from Mizzou:

I think this is a good addition for next year. He fills a defensive/energy role that's desperately needed with the youth infusion.
--Insert something witty here--
Suggs is kind of interesting after starting out well at Bradley, then falling out of favor there and agreeing to walk on at Missouri (he eventually got a scholarship there).
Southern definitely has some DI transfers coming in with something to prove after not doing much at previous stops. We’ll see what Mullins and Co. can get out of these guys.
So do we think Suggs starts? He averaged 8.5 as a freshman at Bradley, but he didn't get much playing time at Mizzou.
