Sources: Fred Hoiberg's deal terms with Nebraska: Seven years, $25M. He is signing the contract this afternoon.

Have to assume Belmont hires Lipscomb Head Coach Casey Alexander
Mike Anderson fired at Arkansas.
This seems dumb. Anderson has made the tourney there a few times, won tourney games, and recruited some NBA talent there.
Tim Miles on the other hand underachieved at Nebraska and deserved to go. Rumor has it they might be interested in Fred Hoiberg.
the firing stems from a November 2016 press conference when another coach was trying to drum support for the team...

Amazingly, Hucky’s product doesn’t bring people through the gates at opposing arenas.
I lived in Northwest Arkansas for a year when Bobby Portis and Michael Qualls were there and people really didn’t care about the basketball program even when they were winning. It’s strictly a football town even though they won a National Championship like 30 years ago.
Sources: Texas A&M is expected to hold a Thursday Press Conference to introduce Virginia Tech's Buzz Williams as its next head basketball coach. Williams is tentatively scheduled to meet with the Aggies' players on Wednesday night.
My next guess is
Smart to UCLA
Marshal to Texas
hucky to WSU 🤣
I changed my mind
Ford to WSU
Hucky back to Mo State 😀
69 just had a better one
Ford to the Shucks
CLO to MSU
CLO to manager at Golden Corral
Huck to run for mayor of Shady Grove, OK
Jaime Dixon to UCLA
Wojo to Va Tech
Apparently Jerry Stackhouse is the leading candidate for the Vanderbilt job and Eric Musselman is the leading candidate for the Arkansas job
Jamie Dixon to UCLA.
Looks like the Jerry Stackhouse to Vanderbilt is done! Vandy trying to imitate Memphis (the Penny Hardaway hire) - but Stack doesn't have the Nashville connection! Am I missing something, cause this doesn't look like a good fit?

The difference between Stackhouse and Hardaway is Stackhouse has previous coaching expierence. He was NBA G League coach of the year when Vanderbilt’s current Athletic Director was President of the league.
Penny coached at a high school in Memphis for 2-3 years and coached AAU ball, but I get the Stack connection to the AD. Vanderbilt is a tough place to recruit to, as their academic standards are pretty high and presents challenges. I would have thought that Johnny Dawkins or Tommy Amaker would have been better fits with their coaching backgrounds at Stanford and Harvard!
It may be a challenge for Stack for his first college coaching job.
Not so fast on Dixon

One time I almost made the mistake of signing an $8 million buyout clause. 😂
