I really enjoyed listening to all of the interviews this morning. Good insight for sure. Good to hear Mike say that we’re more athletic and bigger than any other year during the Mullins era.
And, btw, in Dublin and Kenmare Ireland, when you attempt to sign into Saluki Insider on private WIFi, you end up in Bradley fan forum. What the fook???
You go anywhere and that happens. It's how the site is set up. I think the admin is trying to stop rival fans from trolling, but it ends up limiting access to Saluki fans whenever they travel. Would be nice to have it removed, or at least improved...
Ahh, that makes sense now. Thanks!
No we had to do it to certain countries to stop constant spam. I would love to lift it but they never stop.
I was getting it in Evanston over the weekend
Would love to see Western Kentucky back on the schedule at some point.
@kyle_saluki_17 Bigger, deeper and more athletic translates into 40 minutes of unrelenting defense. Gonna be a fun year.

@dawgbytes It was worse at one time. Instead of sending you to Bradley, it would send you to Japanese porn sites. I’m not a porner, but my wife thought I was starting to. There were all these Asian porn sites in my history. Finally, Barkeep took pity on me and changed it to Bradley.
I kinda feel like that place is worse than porn 😊
Yeah, I strongly suspected a Barkeep connection!
🤣
That 4 game stretch between Indiana State and Murray State with Alcorn, Lincoln, Chicago State, and Semo might be one of the worst 4 game series of games in NCAA history.
• Alcorn-262 NET ranking(had one OOC victory last season).
• Lincoln University(D2 school that was 4-23 last season)
• Chicago State-340 NET ranking
• SEMO-250 NET ranking
As I have said, I fully expect this team to win 20 games this year and get back to a post season tournament. That being said, this team is essentially .500 over the past 3 seasons, including last season with a similarly weak schedule. In other words, what gives 'us' the right to demand playing Duke, Gonzaga, North Carolina, etc? "First you build the culture"... THEN you start winning and maybe then you have "a right" to scoff at the teams on your schedule.
I’d be pretty shocked if SIU got to a postseason tournament this year (NCAA at-large or NIT at-large) with their schedule. They’d almost have to win close to 25 games and win at least half of the few good games they’re playing.
Regular season champs get automatic birth to NIT if you get upset in conference tournament

Yeah I’m just working on the assumption that Drake is gonna be the best team in the league. Also don’t think the Valley is gonna be very good this year overall which will hurt their case. I am higher on Missouri/Murray State than most and think the future is bright for the conference. But think there’s going to be a few bottom-feeders.

Ain’t nobody demanding games against Duke or Carolina. I think scoffing at the 22-23 home schedule is 1,000 percent understandable. There’s a middle ground between Gonzaga and Lincoln.
Non D1 games should never be on the schedule in the first place. But a D2 that won 4 games last year is embarrassing.
@siudawgs And Mullins knows that is a good home game and didn't want to lose it. Usually when those things happen, the other school can't or won't make that date work. You can play hard ball and force them because you have a contract, but they'll either play the game as scheduled and then never play you again or they'll buy out the contract and you won't get the home game AND you won't get this year's guarantee $.
I get that Missouri State had a dispute with SLU not sure what it was about but they haven’t played in awhile. We just need to get better then our leverage increases. Go Dawgs beat the Billikens
