Saw Quincy play at McKendree this year. They were an average team at best, but did have a couple of players who looked good. Maybe it was these two. They had many who I questioned how they were on a D2 team. McKendree had their two best players enter the portal. One was extremely athletic and I think has signed to go to a D1 school. The other was their leading scorer who was supposedly getting looks from Bradley and Murray.
If you went to the game at McKendree, Zion Richardson scored 26 on 9-17 shooting and Foster had 14 points so it was probably those two
Hawkins should have good intel on a lot of the top D2 guys in the midwest but I just hope we don't over-rely on the D2 ranks to fill out the roster.
He played for Ben McCollum at NW Missouri St.

This one kinda surprises me. I thought Jake was doing pretty well at keeping his good kids.
The portal is what it is but do we know if anyone that has met with Nagy has decided to stay

When you consider preseason expectations, this kid could arguably be the number one reason for Northern Iowa's really poor season. He really struggled at times, even outside of the injury. As a result, I don't see him going to a P5 school. It's likely impossible, but I sure would like to see him come here. His ceiling is quite high.

He's likely going high major. I'd guess Iowa but maybe DePaul with the MVC All Star team

One thing I like about this kid is that he got better as the season went on, including having a very good game against North Carolina in the NCAA tournament with 18pts on 6-10 shooting, including 4-8 from 3. He also shot 85% from the FT line for the year. If he can play reasonable D, I think this could be a nice get.
I can see DePaul, but I don't consider them a P5 school, just like I don't consider Gonzaga to be a Mid Major.

De Paul is where coaching careers go to die.

It's off topic, and I've taken note of this previously, but the last two coaches with winning career records at DePaul were Ray Meyer (retired in 1984) and Joey Meyer (fired in 1997) -- and both have passed away.

1. Bowen Born is going to have plenty of P5 schools interested in his skill set
2. There’s a better chance that the ghost of Rich Herrin is our next associate head coach than this Iowa born-and-raised kid stepping down to our program from UNI.
