With UConn leaving, I don’t expect any MVC members to shift over to the AAC directly, but could it be possible a team gets pulled to the A-10 for instance if the AAC goes after a basketball only school like SLU or Dayton? I’m curious how all this shakes out. Some people on the Bradley board are saying they should make a pitch to the AAC (seems pretty delusional after one conference championship as a 4 seed).

I don't foresee any MVC teams getting pulled into the A-10.  The only scenario that may work is if Loyola put together a bid, giving the A-10 a Chicago presence.  There's certainly not enough consistent success on Loyola's part to warrant this.......but stranger things have happened.

What exactly is the appeal of going to the AAC exactly?  I feel its only a matter of time before they lose Cinncinati and/or Memphis.  Long term A10 probably ends up being a better conference anyways
