We are not going to win this game. Can’t have Trent Brown trying to guard Devries…he’s giving up to much size. Shooting single digit percentage from behind the arc. Domask doing everything he can to keep them in it.
D'Amico is much taller but guarding considerably worse than Brown so I wouldn't blame it all on size.
He has hit about 4 shots over Brown, not because Brown isn’t in position, but because he can jus shoot over him. Some of that is also Devries just being a really good player, but Brown has no shot.
Northern Iowa is in the middle of nowhere. It’s a public school. It wins. There’s no excuses.
You couldn’t take advantage of ISU being crud for three years. That’s gonna change now.

I'm been at peace with this year being over awhile ago but it's really bad the lack of improvements from a lot of players. I'll be excited once next year starts but it's really disappointing that my expectations won't be as high as I wanted.
I'm not looking forward to an offseason where everyone's hopes will be up because we have a couple of redshirt players coming in that weren't good enough to play this season. The reality is, unless this team makes a real splash in the offseason, what you should expect next season is what you're watching right now.
