Stuck watching the Missouri St vs Northern Iowa game as the Bradley game is blacked out in my area.......... as a reminder, I'm in NW Indiana and why that game is blocked out here is beyond me.
Okay so the ESPN+ was blacked out bc apparently the game is on NBC Sports so I'm watching it now. Thankfully bc Missouri St was pounding Northern Iowa. I'm not sure how Missouri St has as many losses as they do bc they look long and athletic, the kind of team that gives SIU fits.
Belmont took the lead with 40 seconds left, Mast missed the shot to give them the lead. Gonna come down to FT's now.
Not saying SIU cannot beat either Bradley or Belmont but after watching this game, I honestly feel like both are better than us, especially when you consider that Belmont is missing 3 critical players at this stage of the game due to injuries or fouls.

Belmont wins despite giving up 3-4 chances at the end of the game. What a great game to watch !!!!!!!!!!!!
Belmont did a nice job of shutting down Mast, just 5-14 for 12 points and only 4 rebounds.
Sheppard didn't have a great game and they still won. Sheppard is the most impressive looking player in the Valley, he looks like an NBA player physically.
Friberg from Belmont went 6-8 from 3, got to shut him down.
