Other than McCarthy being fired for his transgressions UE always seems to be patient with their coaching hires I only remember Crews and Simmons in the last 20 years so this is not suprising
I have no idea what they have going on with recruiting but can't imagine next year goes much better than this year with all the players they're losing.
Sometimes it's better to lose some to start the rebuild. Lich has had some success in the past and think he needs some additional time to see what he can do. Both UE and Valpo may also be overly patient with their coaches, but for the good of The Valley I hope they both up their game. The Valpo administration needs to up their game either remodel their current gym or build a D1 facility.
