To you guys saying "I'm done with this program"....don't let the door hit you in the ass.
I just listened to Leonard’s interview.
Just two minutes in he sure wasn’t very verbose about his reason for making the move.
I saw some discussion earlier that it may have been Lane pulling the strings and now, after listening to the interview, I wouldn’t be surprised if that were the case.

let them be upset. They will be back. People rage in different ways.
The people who say they are done usually come back. Not always but most of the time. I didn't agree over this decision, but I can't sit and cry over spilled milk either. People are just going to handle this differently. It is what it is. If people being upset is frustrating to you, it's always better to be the change you seek. Lead by example.
@saluki44 Don't kid yourself. Leonard's patience has been running thin for months.
I have been thru times worse than this have always been there but I will have to be won back when I believe the program has built a lot of good will the last 2 years only to start over it is just frustratingTo you guys saying "I'm done with this program"....don't let the door hit you in the ass.

Exactly. The idea that this is all on Lane is ludicrous. Absurd.
(Inflammatory political snark)
It’s not all on Lane.
I kinda understand now. I still don’t like it but I get it.
Lane, Leonard, all of the above…this really doesn’t seem to be sitting well with folks within the athletic department outside the top folks (they make the decisions so I guess that is all that matters). Reis had some kind words for Mullins, but also a few lines in his response that made me raise my eyebrows a bit. Sure read to me like he’s not sure Mullins got a fair shake.
