Rumor is the Dawgs are sporting their Red Hill Salukis jerseys tonight! Very excite over here in St.Clair County! Will we see QA consultant, Doug "The Iceman" Novsek on the bench tonight? I didn't see him in Lexington.
Go Dawgs!
It's great to see @BellevilleBobber roaming the halls! It's been far too long!
Buffalo favored by 3
It's up to 4.5 now.
I'm actually excited for tonight. Let's hope we are ready to go because we really need this win.
Craving a McBride Special!
Is this game available online? I'm not sure anymore what the deal with ESPN is...
(Inflammatory political snark)
ESPN+ $4.99/mo 7-day free trial You can pay by the month, cancel anytime.
I ended up purchasing ESPN Plus, just going to cancel once the season is over in March. You get a bunch of NHL games with it if you’re into that.
Thank you for the info, guys!

Way too long, welcome back. Don't be a stranger.
WOOF!
Buffalo is AP #25
Another good opportunity to beat a ranked opponent! Let's get it, dawgs!
Yes, ESPN+ is definitely worth it so far; for 5 bucks a month you basically get every Valley game this year. Lots of good written content as well on ESPN.com is ESPN+ exclusive

I agree. We got spoiled with free, but it's a tiny price for those of us who are live too far away to catch more than a game or two.
For those of you interested in Saluki connections. Adam Bauman is the Director of Basketball Operations for Buffalo. He was the a student manager during the Lowery years of 3 NCAAs and 1 NIT.

I wish SIU would upgrade its play-by-play team for the SIU-produced ESPN broadcasts. Darren Kinard from WSIL does a pretty good job on the play by play but Mike Trude is terrible on the color analysis. I wish there was a former player or coach hanging around to provide enjoyable knowledgeable commentary. In an ideal world, it would have Reis and Starrick on the ESPN+ broadcasts as well, but I know that's not possible.

Wasn't that long ago that radio was the only choice for most games. I think it's great that we can see most of these games nowdays. $4.99 for a few months is worth it.
I've been opening Mike Reis' radio broadcast in another (small) window. Usually I have to hit the pause button in that window occasionally to keep it synced - wants to get ahead of the espn broadcast. If I can't get that to work, I at least listen to Reis on the post-game to hear the coaches and the player of the game.
Noticed that Rick Shipley, not Greg Starrick, did the UK game. He did a great job - articulate and knows bball. I missed the start so not sure if that was a one-time thing. Anybody know if Starrick is still the sidekick?

I hear you! I cringe every time I hear Kinard say "the running back is drug down" on almost every call. First, it's "dragged", and second, come up with some other descriptions once in a while. Trude is a dinosaur.
This ESPN program is supposed to be about providing experience to the students. I'm sure we could find at least radio/tv one student that can do at least an equal job.
