CLo recruiting kids at the start was fine. Where he got into trouble both GPA wise and police blotter wise is when he started fudging little bit when he started recruiting kids with questionable grades and ethics. That was not a good look and I think that led partly to his downfall. I have second hand knowledge of some of those incidents. So yes we are not Harvard. But I would not like to see recruits with shaky credentials just so we can get W’s. There are good players out there that answer to student and athlete!

I'm guessing the relationship between SIU Athletics and the Domask family isn't in a great place since they were/are close to Mullins, but it would be interesting to get the family's perspective on Krabbenhoft. I'm sure they're quite familiar from many years playing/coaching in the state, and particularly from Wisconsin's unsuccessful recruitment of Marcus last year.
