They struggled a little bit with Brown but they built the lead up to 20 after he was out.  Don't get what they were doing with Brown, it almost felt like they were trying to force him a 3 and he missed twice.  I have no problem with Brown getting some minutes though, just didn't think he should be starting.

Early thoughts: There are Division 2 schools better than this Evansville team

I suspect that you underestimate how good some D2 schools are, I suspect there's multiple D2 schools that'd be fairly competitive in the valley

18 three-point attempts is about ten too many for this team, especially one that's only shooting 30 percent for the season.

They were 12-18 inside the arc, so keep working that!

A TO and a clanked 3 to start the 2nd half.  Unfortunately, this game is not over.  And then, an INSIDE shot by Domask.  Hmmmmmm

This team keeps shooting themselves out of big leads.  Evansville is hanging around because SIU can't hit an outside shot.  Get the ball to the basket

SIU couldn't have started better from 3 and they're back down to 25% (5-20)

Our O just sucks when we don't move and just gun 3s.

Double bullshit foul - Rupert's gonna foul out.

I knew I was going to get raked over the coals for that Brown comment. 🙄 😁

This game got really ugly, which is good for SIU I guess.  Feels weird to not be happy up 13 but if they play like this on Saturday, there's no chance they win in Springfield.
