Unlike many, I am NOT worried about minutes. They are playing less games this season over all, plus they are only playing one series a week for the most part (albeit 2 games). They get a full 3-4 days of rest (excluding practice of course).

I agree. There seemed to be some sentiment that Lickliter was somehow past it (or something?) when he was given the job.
Those guys seem to be buying into the system, and they're going to get better as the season goes on.
