Ben has a lot of accountability. He's a good coach, but I think it's clear their recruiting needs to step up a notch. This can probably be remedied with a solid addition to his coaching staff, though I'd imagine recruiting to their program isn't the easiest task to accomplish. No matter how successful, they're always portrayed as 'The Little Engine That Could' by national media.
Perhaps Ben's biggest mistake was not taking a coaching position upgrade when he was a hot name.
