At Semo is going to be a tough game. They are a pretty decent team and it's on the road. That game should tell us plenty. We’re not gonna know much about this team until the Murray State game and definitely the Drake game.
SEMO is 5-5 and 2 of their wins are against non-D1 schools. One of their D1 wins was a 6 pt win against Evansville(albeit on the road).
They lost to Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Purdue-Fort Wayne by 20 pts.
Pretty decent is a stretch.
You mean the team that used it's ninth life to beat Chicago State by one point in their home arena? We’re not gonna know much about this team until the Murray State game and definitely the Drake game.

Their NET is 198 which is higher than half the teams we have played this year and higher than 5 MVC teams to date. They beat South Florida on the road, beat BU at a neutral site, won at Evansville and lost a very close game at Mizzou. The line will probably be SIU by less than 5.SEMO is 5-5 and 2 of their wins are against non-D1 schools. One of their D1 wins was a 6 pt win against Evansville(albeit on the road).

They've won 19 in a row at home. Recently, they have had to come from behind to keep that streak going. However, the fact remains no one has won at Murray in quite some time, so inherently that makes a win there a big accomplishment. Also, winning anywhere in the MVC on the road is a big win!You mean the team that used it's ninth life to beat Chicago State by one point in their home arena? We’re not gonna know much about this team until the Murray State game and definitely the Drake game.
Rivalry games are always tough especially on the road also addressing MSU 19 game home winning streak is roughly 1 year and outside of Belmont I am not sure they played a murderous row of opponents

Yes. Also worth noting, usually the OVC is pretty bad. But Last year, it was absolutely dreadful as almost every mediocre team left.
@spike I could concur if I had seen more of Ebube. Cade looked pretty good in his first or second game but he seemed a bit lost on the defensive end this game.
The sporadic play time has not helped Hornecker. At least he hasn't been yanked at the first mistake like a lot of coaches do with young players. I hope that holds true with Ebube when he returns as well. Both have ridiculous upside.
I have to say, since we took the redshirt off Cade, I think he should have a lot more minutes of real game time than he does. Been a couple of games where that c/should have happened but didn't.
A couple minutes here and there doesn't help a young player IMO. He could have played a good stretch last game. At least Rupert finally got some playing time. I realize Mullins wants to get Muila back to his game face.
