I can't get over 3 assists in a game

It's another new entry for the media guide tonight, as the three assists tie for the fourth-fewest in team history.

Tomorrow, some losers: aw, cmon guys don’t you think you’re being a widdle too tough on da guys. If we win our next 11 we could win conference. And there’s this 7 footer from Texas who scores 8 points a game and averages four rebounds playing Class A ball on 3-player teams outside Amarillo…and once Harvey comes back and they really work with Muila’s footwork.

They’re toast. Toast. You better pray Foster Wonders wears sandals and walks on water or we’re gonna lose 20 next year, too.

The Blues kicked tail again.  Another plus for tonight.

Anecdotally, and no doubt repeating myself, we don't score because we rarely take good shots. Fritter that clock down to zero, dribble around and never look to shoot until someone on the bench screams SHOOT! Too often an unforced TO prevents any kind of shot. And why in the F*** does Filliwich feel the need to be Meadowlark Lemon? Puts the ball on the floor every time and dribbles in back and forth semicircles. Just fookin chaos...

As someone posted a few weeks ago, it's all about Arch Madness at this point anyway. Just not sure I can watch it.

Okay, I'm done.

March on triumphantly!

Obviously our offense could use a little work, but maybe give Loyola defense some credit.  Loyola offense was not a thing of beauty either; good defense makes offense look bad.

Brendan is supposed to be in charge of the offense, correct? Kind of hard to fire your brother as an assistant, but Bryan needs to bring in someone who can coach a D1 offense.

Loyola is good defensively but not 86 combined points in 2 games good.  There's a fundamental issue with SIU's offense.  Mullins has 2 of the 3 worst scoring games in SIU history now.  Given how basketball has evolved even since he played, this shouldn't be the case.  There's more scoring than ever.

Reiss and Watson sure putting a good spin on this loss. I hope SIU can get back to the NCAA's before Reiss retires, I would like to see him go out with a winner.

It is definitely an UNCOMFORTABLE place to be for them, especially considering they work for SIU.

They have watched all season. They know what’s up.  Credit to them for coming up with anything after these games over and over again.

Ok so this game may have set basketball back 60 years. It was bad.

I still have hope. That is something I have not had since 2008

Keep, I love ya but I don’t know how you can have hope after a 3-6 start in conference. This doesn’t look like it’s gonna change anytime soon.

Bow Em

He has hope and I have hope because we have to.  We love the university and the program period the end.

But yeah, unless Mullins picks up a couple serious contributors for next season, we will see the same thing.

And not the redshirt freshmen either.

Domask would make a great 3.  Too bad he's being forced to play the 4.  Matching up with and trying to shoot over players who are 6'8" 240 is a tough task for a 6'6" small forward.
