If Kill trusted Beane BBQ would already be gone

Uh oh... so was Tommy Bell. I'm hoping he's got a plan to make this stick.

The guy who cut off the tree limb behind Tommy is now deceased. The guy who held the saw has now soured on BBQ.  2/3rds of the problem are no longer an issue.

I pray this all comes to fruition.  I cannot do this again next year.

When I think of the guy who cut the limb from under TB, I picture a knife.

I don't trust Kill to do the right thing.  Something about his liking lawyers.

Go Dawgs!

I quit trusting Kill when he sued us because no longer liked the terms of the contract he signed and breached. Chump move.

The last guy is Mr. Portable Warehouse, right? RIP Carlo, what happened with him was a human tragedy. Kill, I can see how he tired of dealing with Barry over a year. That leaves the donor in the shadows, the Stan Kroenke of Saluki Athletics.

I like that. Stan Kroenke of Saluki Athletics. 🤣

Was going to suggest Chris Jans until I remembered that little incident he has at Bowling Green.

I like Dane Fife too - but his current salary is $350k - same as Hinson's.

Based on what any coach would inherit here next year, this job doesn't have much appeal.  I don't see this cash-strapped school paying more than the current $350k.  Most top D1 assistants with Fife's experience is already in that range.  After eight years with Izzo at Sparty, I don't think he's leaving unless it's for a much better situation.  You think we are bad this year, next year looks very bleak to me where our top three returnees are all 6'2.  H

ucky can't recruit size to save his a#$.

Fife is looking at bigger pastures than the MVC.  It's not going to happen.

Who isn't and why would we want someone who isn't?

Because it would be like the Pittsburg Pirates focusing all of their energy and time to sign Giancarlo Stanton as a free agent.  He's not going there, and they don't have the money and resources to even entice him.  Why waste the time and energy?

Can't we hire someone who would take the job and really wants to be here?  It's worked before and can work again, provided the selection committee really does its homework.
