I think one of MSN's most-valued achievements on SalukiTalk was passing CCUC as the #1 all-time poster on ST. 😆
MSN and 0483 are the only two I have kept in touch with over the years. Mainly to complain about the Salukis and the Cardinals.
MSN pleasantly reminded me about Kalen’s new position at Bama and his former work at Washington. Only because I berated his offense daily while he was at SIU. Haha.

or poisoning the atmosphere with his over-the-top hatred of the poster underdawg

aaaahhhhh MSN hated anyone that had a different opinion than he. And was generally a complete dick about it.

I don’t totally agree with that statement. He and I disagreed about several things. Kalen, music, his crappy drink selections, etc. I think we bonded as we both drove Saturn Vues. People were just too sensitive, and he knew it. But, the information he provided was usually spot on.
I used to like the poster Dakyne. Thought he had a lot of well reasoned posts. Believe he lived in CA. Of course, he was another that MSN often combatted with.

So after Lowery met with either Oklahoma or Oklahoma state, if you complimented Lowery about anything he attacked you. This happened to me several times and I would actually get DM’s from long term posters for standing up to him. It just got old.
@sportsfreak75 I think he still does, and is a follower of Cal ST of santa Barbara. have not heard from him in years. was an expert in martial arts

I met him while I was working in California. Nice guy.

I think it was Oklahoma State.

Then we need a Dakyne return for UFC 300 in a couple weeks! 😀
Some working archive from the Wayback Machine.
Saluki Insider? I barely know her!
I got these two to work.
I got 302 errors when I tried to bring up salukitalk.net
but when I used salukitalk.net/st/index.php that worked.
Also, the ones in 2011 work. The ones in 2013 and later were after we shut down. Some of the threads made me LOL.
For a long time this has been a source of entertainment, comfort, and fandom for a lot of people. If this crazy coaching search makes us remember how lucky we are to have such a passionate fan base, maybe it isn’t so bad. And if we can get back to winning, maybe this forum can be greater than it ever was.
