I got the basketball season ticket forms in the mail. I have cancelled my monthly sasf donation and will not purchase the season tickets. We need to send a message and this is the only way to do it. Who else is in?

Cut off season tix a few years ago. I may go to a game or two for the players, as I like our group and feel like their hard work should be rewarded with some support, but that's as far as I go.
As long as SIU keeps hope of excellence in the rear view mirror, I'll give them as much as they should expect from their fans; not much.

Totally done until the coach is gone. If they do the right thing and fire Hinson and hire Mullins after next season I will purchase 2 season tix.
Altho if Montemagno is still there it will be tough to watch his faux interest in basketball and hanging out with the dawg pound and cozying up to the big donor at his center court seats.

That’s your choice. But what about the season after next? Or the season after that? What if we go another 7 years for a post season?
We’ll cross that bridge when it happens. It’s been 10 years since a postseason and just don’t want to miss out in case next year’s the year since it seems like the best shot. Agree the years after appear bleak.
But the games are always fun and eventful for us, win or lose. We’re probably more on the “social event” end of the spectrum whereas most are on the “product” end.
Not renewing 4 seats. Pulling all $$$ support too. Let them play their games with the money of someone else. Hope cook gave enough new money to offset the $$$ walking out the door. The other shoe has yet to fall either.
