I will say I like what is going on except for one thing.
Next season:
SR-Muila
JR-Dembele, Gibson, Domask, Jones, Brown, Verplancken
SO-Filewich, Banks, Butler
FR-Ebube, D'Amico, Wonders
Don't really like having that many in one class.
Don't forget, in October NCAA granted all Winter 2020-2021 athletes an extra year of eligibility. If SIU decides to honor their scholarship and Long, D'Avanzo, and Keller decide too, they can all come back next year like this one never happened. Who knows how it might turn out for the non-seniors. They'll get an extra year, but those decisions to return or not after their Sr year are a long time from now.
Now where the $$ is going to come from, and how the NCAA will handle total scholarship numbers who knows.
Aaron Cook played 11 minutes for #1 Gonzaga, so we got that to talk about.
Yeah but that's not the same as starting for MSU against UNC on a game played on the deck of an aircraft carrier.

Little bit from Brendan Mullins with Reis here. Said Dalton Banks might have been the best guard on the floor in the scrimmage:
It doesn't count when you are playing against "friendlies"

Lot of fun stuff you can take out of this video
Agreed, and I think I see our starting five based off the maroon jerseys at the beginning:
Domask, Jones, Harvey, DAvanzo, and Brown
Good call @usmcsaluki!
I'll eat crow for originally questioning your call on this!
